Not-Boring Tuna Salad

Let’s say you skipped the dill and banana peppers. This would still be delicious. But that vivid pair really puts it over the top. Just be sure to use good tuna: Italian oil-packed is the best, and it never tastes like the can it was packed in.

2 cups

  1. Put the tuna in bowl and flake it with a fork, then stir in mayonnaise, celery, peppers, dill, and lemon juice. Taste the tuna and season with salt and more lemon juice if necessary. Consider adding a spoonful or two of juice from the banana pepper jar.
