Avocado in dessert form makes this shake rich, creamy, milky, and super refreshing. The amounts are meant as a guideline, so add more or less to match your preferred sweetness and consistency. I prefer a thicker, smoothie-like texture so that it can be easily sipped from a straw. While this recipe is meant for one, it can be easily scaled up.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and add more sweetened condensed milk or whole milk if needed.
  3. Serve immediately or keep chilled in the refrigerator.
