Bibimbap Hot Dogs

Get ready to take your hot dogs to the next level with this inspired take on the classic American meal. The only thing missing from this Korean-inspired combo is the rice.

4 servings

  1. In a medium frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, bok choy, and sesame seeds and season with salt. Cook, stirring often, until the onions are golden and the bok choy is tender. Set aside.
  2. Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions.
  3. Grease a medium frying pan with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. On medium to low heat, cook the eggs sunny-side up, until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
  4. Place an egg in each bun. Top with a hot dog, then top with a quarter of the bok choy–onion mixture. Top with a quarter of the kimchi, or more to taste.
