Directions

  1. Cut garlic in half, remove germ.
  2. Smash garlic and place in a mortar.
  3. Add pinch salt, pine nuts and cheese, turn into a paste with a pestle.
  4. Mince basil and parsley, add to mortar, using pestle swirl in the oil.
  5. Season with pepper flakes and salt.
